What we collect
We only collect what you choose to share. When you send an enquiry, join our letters or email us, we receive:
- Your name and email address
- The product you're interested in, colour, quantity and your message
- Gift details and delivery addresses needed to complete an order
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and confirm stock
- To send you an order link, wrap gifts and deliver your order
- To send our monthly letters, only if you've signed up
We never sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only when needed to serve you: our website host (Netlify, which processes form submissions), payment providers and delivery partners, each only for completing your order.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and order details only as long as needed to look after your order and meet legal and accounting obligations, and then we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time, and unsubscribe from our letters whenever you like. Email hello@thistlehearth.com.
