About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Thistlehearth website or order from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
How ordering works
We don't run an online checkout. Every order starts as a conversation:
- You send an enquiry through our contact form or by email.
- We reply to confirm stock, colour and price, and email you an order link.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is received and we've sent a confirmation.
Sending an enquiry doesn't commit you to anything.
Natural materials
Our throws are woven from wool, our candles are poured by hand and our stoneware is hand-thrown. Small variations in colour, weave and glaze are natural and part of each piece's character.
Candle safety
Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep it away from anything flammable and out of reach of children and pets. See our care guide for more.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. We make things in small batches, so availability is only guaranteed once your order is confirmed.
Returns and exchanges
Please see Shipping & Returns. We'll explain the options for your specific order when we confirm it.
Our content
Thistlehearth designs, logos and text belong to Thistlehearth. Photography is used under the Unsplash licence. Content may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent.
